How to Export from Vicidial

Step 1: Access Export Calls Report

Go to Reports → Export Calls Report
Set your desired date range and campaigns

Step 2: Configure Export Settings

Header Row: Set to YES
Rec Fields: Set to LOCATION
Export Type: Set to EXTENDED

Step 3: Submit and Download

Click the SUBMIT button
Download the generated CSV file and upload it here
